Will Cravens

Family: Will is the Lead Pastor of Bridge Community Church. He and his wife Sandra have been married since 2008 and have 6 wonderful children. They also have a great family dog named Chewy.  

Experience: In addition to Will's leadership role at Bridge Community Church, he is also the Acting Director of Endurance Leadership and has been serving in full-time ministry for 28 years. He began as a Young Life partner at Truro Church in Fairfax, Virginia in 1990. In 1999, he moved to Sidmouth, England to serve on Y.L. staff, working with British teenagers. Will was promoted to Regional Director of the United Kingdom, where he served until 2003. He then worked as a consultant and cross-cultural trainer, in addition to entertaining numerous speaking engagements worldwide. In 2006, Will joined the pastoral staff at McLean Bible Church in Virginia, overseeing several ministries in a church of 13,000+. In late 2008, Will became the Associate Pastor at Christian Fellowship Church in Ashburn, Virginia, with a wide variety of responsibilities. In 2012, Will believed that it was time to make a difference around the world and took on the role of a local and international missionary. He is passionate about training leaders who will make an impact around the globe, with partners in numerous countries. Will earned his B.A. from George Mason University and an M.A. from Liberty Theological Seminary. He continues his mission work as well as leading Bridge since September of 2014.

Will is also the author of the book "99 for 1" detailing his work with the homeless population in San Diego, as he searched for his childhood friend who was lost there. Available on (Also available in Spanish & Italian) 

Hobbies: Will enjoys running, traveling, helping others, snowboarding, doing projects around the house, and spending time with family. 

Robin Lee Gallagher



Family: Robin has been married to her best friend and husband Ron for the last 17 years. The two met while serving at a Bible conference center in Jaffrey, NH. She lived in Connecticut and he lived in Virginia, they dated long distance for 5 months, got engaged and married all within the first year of dating.

Experience: Robin brings with her over 25 years experience in the ministry. From leading small bible studies in local churches in Connecticut to working weekly with incarcerated youth as a lead volunteer with Straight Ahead Ministries out of Worcester, MA. Robin always had a heart to love and serve God and His people. She has held various positions at churches in the CT, VA and WV from Administrative Assistant to Volunteer Coordinator and she currently is a part time Administrative Assistant with Leesburg Presbyterian Church in Leesburg, VA.

Hobbies: Robin enjoys cycling and long walks with her husband as well as vacations and hanging poolside in the sunny weather. She also writes poetry and enjoys music/singing.

Demaris Jackson



Demaris Jackson is our director of the children's ministry at Bridge Community Church, known as the Bridge Kid's Clubhouse. In addition, she is an education major and full-time student at Mount Saint Mary's University in Emmitsburg, Maryland. Demaris loves working with children and creating curriculum and lessons that make the bible comprehensible for children of all ages. Her primary desire is that the kids she works with would come to know Jesus Christ and grow in their faith and relationship with Him.

Erik Palmer

Worship Team Lead


Family: Erik and his wife, Elisa, have been married since 2003. They have an 11 year-old daughter (Jaklin), an 8 year-old son (Shea), two cats (Eleanor Rigby & Penny Lane), two chinchillas (Axl & Slash), and a hamster (Professor Fluffington). They currently live in Sterling, VA.

Experience: Erik has been leading worship in and around the D.C. area for almost 20 years. He has had the opportunity to lead at worship services, conferences, concerts, and live album productions. His goal in leading worship is to do all things with excellence, limiting distractions, to help curate an environment that empowers and encourages people to be free to respond to what God has done, what He's doing, and what He will do - rejoicing in the promises He has made and the promises He has kept.

Hobbies: Erik is an avid rock climber, New York Mets enthusiast, and DIY-er. He and Elisa love to travel as a family, work on home projects together, and kayak on the Potomac. During the week, Erik works in the Set Design industry - designing and creating production sets and scenery for concerts, festivals and corporate events.
